The SubAssessment is an integral part of the SubMastery program for substitute teachers. After assessing your strengths and weaknesses using the SubStrength Finder, and completing the substitute teacher training using the Substitute Teacher Handbook, SubInstructor CD, and Classroom Management CD, it is important for you to assess the knowledge you have gained through training using the carefully-designed SubAssessment.
